Privacy & data
Notice v1.0 · Kumbh.Travel
Who handles your data
This name is operated by Bharat Digital Assets. For anything on this page, including requests about your data, write to us using the contact form on the home page.
What we collect, and why
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the purpose you selected and any message. We use these for one purpose only — to reply to you about that enquiry and, if it goes further, to complete a transaction.
- A confirmation step: we email you a link to confirm the address is yours. Until you open it, your enquiry is not passed to us. We record when you confirmed, as a second proof of consent.
- Technical details attached to that enquiry: your IP address, browser identifier and the page you came from. These are kept as an anti-abuse record and as evidence of when consent was given.
- Anonymous visit counts: a daily tally of how many times this page was viewed. This holds no personal data and no cookie.
- Analytics cookies, only if you accept them: if you choose "Accept analytics", Google Analytics is loaded with IP anonymisation on. Decline and it is never loaded at all.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and separately by choosing whether to accept analytics cookies. We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and when.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records of consent are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to demonstrate that consent existed. Anonymous visit counts are kept indefinitely because they identify nobody.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys this data and we do not sell it. It sits with our hosting provider, who stores it on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google receives anonymised usage data. Where a sale proceeds, a payment processor or escrow service will receive what it needs to complete the transaction, and you will be told before that happens.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
- stop processing it — you can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it was.
Write to us and we will respond within thirty days. To withdraw analytics consent right now, use the button below.
Cleared — you will be asked again on your next visit.
Complaints
If we have not resolved a concern to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may instead complain to their own national supervisory authority.
One thing this page is not
Sending us an enquiry gives you no right or interest in this domain name, and places us under no obligation to sell it, lease it or reply.
